Termite control is an important step in protecting your property from termite problems and damages that if neglected result to costly repairs.

- Pre-Construction Termite Control - For pre-constructed properties, we highly suggest that have your foundation soil be treated first. We will form a chemical barrier in the ground to keep the subterranean termites from coming up to feed on the wood structures.
- Post Construction Termite Control - The process involves slight perforating on the floor and around the perimeter with a drill to inject chemicals. Wood furniture, doors, and wood frames will be treated as well.
- Reticulation Piping System - A series of pipes that are installed around the perimeter of the property, then, injected with chemicals that slowly disperse into the soil and put off termites.
- Mound Demolition - Our EnviroTechs will search and destroy the termite mounds (the home of the subterranean termites) and treat the area. .
